This 5 week course is suitable for those with little or no previous experience in yoga.  Diana will teach you the basic understanding of key postural alignment points in yoga poses (asanas), deep yogic breathing, introduction to meditation to calm your mind and deep relaxation techniques.

Diana will also bring in an understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine with regards to the seasons and emotional energy. The approach is very gentle and nurturing and suitable for those who may be rehabilitating after injury, illness or overcoming stress.

The Yellow Church is warm, clean, spacious and very peaceful. All equipment is provided. Management kindly requests that you spray and wipe provided mat after each session. Free ionized, alkaline filtered water is available.

Please bring your own mat if you have one.

In summer/humid weather we appreciate you bring a towel/sarong to cover the blanket.

The room is heated during the winter months.  For your comfort it is helpful to wear layers.
